Chapter 3 (part 1)

Within the spacious and empty hall of Tempest’s home, a door creaked from the lower of the two floors. A young woman aged in her mid twenties crept out of a small wooden door. Her long brown, messy hair reflected her frail, worried face. Fixing her apron she walked into the hall after checking on her mother, Gale began to return to her duties. “He’s been gone awfully long..” she muttered to herself. She was about to walk towards the kitchen, when the front door opened. In walks the young man in his sheik-like cap and his cape with a small white creature floating behind him. He looked at the woman staring back at him, looking both mad that he had snuck out and curious of where he had gone. “M-master… Where.?” she asked troubled.

Tempest gave her a slight smile, “It’s ok now, Gale. I have the medicine.”

Gale’s fluster expression turned to one of suppressed joy. “Thank goodness.” She said walking closer to Tempest and gesturing for him to hand it over, “May I have it to give to her please?”

Tempest took out the flask and placed it in her pale hands. “Here you go, “Make sure she gets what she needs…” Tempest nodded to her, “I need some rest now.”

“Yes… Tempest.” she bowed slightly and then returned to her mother’s room.

Tempest walked up to his room to sleep for the night. Before he entered he motioned to White Glory, “There’s tons of rooms to stay in. Make yourself at home.” Even though he didn’t know how she slept, she nodded all the same. He then proceeded to go into his room, where he collapsed on the floor. “What a day…” He said to himself, “At least I was able to get the medicine for Gust today.” He then proceeded to unarm himself and remembered he forgot to put his hat and cape back in the coatroom. Nonetheless, he just tossed it to the side and went to bed.
